On the day President Rodrigo Roa Duterte
gave awards to the members of the
Philippine National Police on its 116th
Police Service anniversary in Camp Crame, he took a glimpse of the vicinity where
the detained senator is.
In an speaking engagement in front of
businessmen for the Philippine
Development Forum: Sulong Pilipinas 2017 , the president told the audience that
he remembered his number 1 critic when he was discussing the alleged killings
committed by the Parojinog clan in Ozamiz City.

During De Lima’s chairmanship of the
Commission on Human Rights she led the investigation relating to the existence
and connection of the president of the notorious Duterte Death Squad in Davao.
She inspected a quarry believed to be a mass grave site of possible extra
judicial killings done during Duterte’s mayorship.
"‘Yung kay Delilah sa’kin, skeletal lang naman ‘yun. Nagpunta ako
doon sa Crame, sinilip ko ‘yung presuhan niya," he said.

Senator De Lima has been detained in Camp
Crame since February for drug charges. It may be remembered that some lawmakers
from the European Union visited the
senator which did not sit well with the president.
"I cannot imagine that—her capacity to… Imagine, she can even
convince foreigners—‘yung mga t— mga EU. Hijo de…Tapos magpunta dito to
declare… 'Can she be house arrested because she’s a prisoner of conscience?'
Pu… Pagka-b— talaga itong mga... You are losing the matters there,"
Duterte said.
Sex video
The president in his speech brought up the alleged sex video of the
senator, just to make a point to the EU lawmakers.
"With all the, you know… Pati ‘yung pardon… ‘Yung video. Hindi
niyo tinignan kung anong klaseng babae ‘yan? And they come here and say na
she’s a prisoner of conscience. My god," he said.
"Sandali lang, I’m trying to replay the video. Huwag kayong
maingay, you are disturbing me. I can still see the dog na ‘yung karga-karga
niya palagi sa opisina niya," he added.
